COHOES HOUSING AUTHORITY
MISSION STATEMENT
Uniting through commitment, communication, action
and positive attitudes, we will achieve these goals:
To provide safe, affordable, quality housing to those qualifying
residents of our community and promote resident pride in their home
neighborhoods.
To work in conjunction with the City of Cohoes and community
organizations to provide a network of services to enhance the
quality of life.
To work in harmony with residents to develop programs to assist them
in the goal of self sufficiency.
To achieve full marketability and value of Cohoes Housing Authority
properties.

LEGAL NOTICE & VIEW PLANS / PROGRAMS
The Cohoes Housing Authority has
developed its Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and
Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The Cohoes Housing Authority is
preparing its 2009 plan for its public housing, Section 8 and
Capital Fund Program for 2007, 2008 and 2009. It is
available for review at the Authority’s
Office located at 100
Manor Sites, Cohoes, NY, 12047.
The Authority’s hours of
operation are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The Cohoes Housing Authority has amended its
2008 Capital Fund Program 5 Year Plan, for the 2009 Stimulus Package
in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act
of 1998. It is available for review at the Authority’s Office
located at 100 Manor Sites,
Cohoes,
NY 12047.
The Authority’s hours of operation are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Watchman have reported that vehicles have been parking in designated
NO PARKING areas. You will receive one warning. If you get caught
again, your car maybe towed! Don't risk a towing charge in excess of
$125. These areas are kept clear for your safety. |
